Andrea is a real estate investor, author and educator. She has completed 100's of deals across the United States and continually shares her knowledge with new investors. She has completed numerous wholesale deals, rehabs, lease option deals, private money lending deals, and owns a number of rental properties. Andrea continues to wholesale properties on a regular basis. She is always growing their retirement money through deals with other investor partners. Even living in Colorado, she has completed deals in twelve other states.
Andrea is the co-author of the book, A Time to Profit. She has taught others investment strategies across both the US and Canada. To go into a new community and give other like-minded people the tools to improve their lives, the lives of their families, and their communities has been one of the greatest gifts of her life. She continues to educate other investors and travel throughout the US and Canada. Additionally, Andrea serves as an advisor for the Women’s Investment Group in Denver, helping to encourage other women to be healthy, wealthy, and wise.
Andrea is also an avid volunteer and works with many other Non-Profits in the Denver Metro Area. She loves that real estate has given her the freedom and ability to volunteer more. Andrea serves on the board of several Non-Profit Organizations including Archway Housing & Services and serves as the Secretary of Archway Investment Corporation. She is currently serving her 3rd term as President of her Kiwanis International Club. She also packages meals for Colorado Feeding Kids and assists with programs here in Denver sending care packages to our troops overseas. She believes in many wonderful causes and loves the feeling to be able to give back and make an impact.
The security and flexibility have been a gift that Andrea has worked hard to achieve. She loves having the ability to spend time with her family that would be missed if she was working a full-time job. She loves to travel and look forward to the future adventures immersing herself in new cultures and communities across the globe with her husband, Chip. Real estate investing has been the tool to her success and is going to be the pension plan that no job today offers. Life is great!
Chip is passionate about living the best life possible. He is constantly working to grow himself and others around him. He is a creative and energetic real estate investor. Chip has utilized various techniques to both acquire properties and structure win-win solutions.
Chip is the Chief Benefits Officer for the Fire & Police Pension Association of Colorado. In his role, Chip is responsible for managing the Benefit Administration, Field Education, and the Publication and Content Teams. He is also the chair of both the Death & Disability Review Committee and the Self-Directed Plans Committee. Chip is also on Fidelity’s Client Advisory Board. He is recognized for strong work ethic, diligence, accuracy, reliability, and positive attitude. He joined the organization in 2017.
Chip earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Miami of Ohio. He has 15 years of industry experience working with small, medium, and large clients. His background in math and stats has helped him to excel in both the pension and real estate industries.
Beyond business, Chip is an avid health and fitness buff. He enjoys learning and implementing strategies to improve his overall physical and mental wellbeing. He loves traveling and spending time with family and friends. He has a passion for baseball. Chip is nearing the completion of his goal to visit every Major League Baseball stadium. One day he hopes to own his own minor league baseball team.
